Ella Julian, is a Professional vocal coach and published singer / songwriter. She has over twenty years experience regularly working with musicians from acts like Kasabian, Roni Size Reprezents, Seth Lakeman, Super Furry Animals, The Scissor Sisters, Peter Gabriel, Pee Wee Ellis, The Egg, Omar and Glenn Hughes.
She has written, recorded, published and toured her EP “Pray” in 2015 and was featured for 4 consecutive weeks alongside her peers on Jeff Young’s Sunday Show on Jazz Fm and has performed for four years at Glastonbury Festival on many stages including the Jazz World Stage and The Avalon Stage with Ian Matthews, drummer of Kasabian.
Featured on MTV with “TC”, Bristol’s award winning pioneer in drum n bass artist and producer, she also has experience on radio and live gigs all over Europe.
In her teaching, Ella’s key focus is confidence building, as this can be the main block from becoming the singer you are born to be!
Ella’s happy, friendly, upbeat demeanour makes her students feel at ease and creates a relaxing environment for singing through songs and applying techniques in a safe space.
Her lessons are all about having fun as you learn about your voice. She believes that making mistakes is compulsory as it is the best way to learn!
Ella specialises in performance as well as vocal technique. She has a Vocal Teaching Diploma from The Voice College, which is the only college in the UK to offer Vocal Teacher Training and well as former training at Access To Music in Bristol. She can help you with auditions, open mic nights, karaoke nights, as well as finding your own gigs and getting you gig ready!

Performed in school plays, in the St Ives September festival (Amago Theatre), performed with TAODS and The St Agnes Players. Dance show every two years. Performed at the Hall for Cornwall in Sleeping Beauty and the Mermaid of Zennor (Duchy Ballet) and played the role of “The Goth” in a short film called Soul Mate for Penzance based Three-S film company.

Kerry has been a professional live performer since she left College in 1988 in many different scenarios. Gigging in Holiday Camps, Hotels, Pubs, Clubs and Community venues and events.
Kerry started teaching at Truro College in 2000, Her teaching started as group work with harmonies and colaborations at and is now works with teens 1 to 1 every day building and strengthening their voices and confidence. Kerry has have run choirs over the years in many different styles, one accapella,Rock Choir and Military Wives choir.
Kerry has been teaching Singing and Piano private lessons outside of College for about 18 years to all ages ranging from Adults to small children and is about to embark as a Music Examiner for Rockschool.
